When will my order arrive, and how does shipping work?
- The maximum delivery time is up to 10 business days.
- UAE orders are shipped every Friday, so please make sure your delivery address is somewhere you’re available on Fridays.
- Orders for cities outside Dubai are shipped every Saturday.
- For example, if you place your order by Tuesday at 12:00 PM, UAE orders typically arrive on Friday, and orders outside the UAE usually arrive by Sunday or Monday.
- This timeline is because we print your order after you place it, then ship it—so we don’t have an “out of stock” concept.
- If there’s any exception to the weekly shipping schedule, it will be announced in the yellow bar at the top of the website. In that case, the yellow bar has priority over the details above.
Do you print custom designs or custom sizes as well?
